Ann Elling has been representing clients in the clean energy space for over 15 years. Her work has allowed her to develop an in-depth understanding of key issues specific to renewable energy in addition to the general commercial issues all projects face. She represents clients in connection with power purchase agreements, EPC contracts, O&M agreements, equipment supply contracts and other agreements that are foundational to the success of any project.
